Absolutely! If you have a large order and would like a physical prototype, give us 5-7 business days to make your prototype.

We provide mock-ups of all of our designs shown as close as possible to how it will look on the actual engraved product.

This one is tricky, most of the time the answer is yes. However, some materials will put off toxic fumes when engraved, if we can safely engrave the item we will give it a try! If your item is a special keepsake, or one of a kind - we typically do not offer engraving as getting our settings dialed in for every material to ensure the best quality possible is a large and important part of the process. If you have ordered, for example, 500 tumblers that need a logo, if you can provide a tumbler specifically for testing (sacrificial tumbler if you will..) we can dial in our settings to make your product look amazing!

If you have a large bulk order that requires us to purchase the products, typically a 50% down payment is due to get started and 50% on delivery. For bulk orders in which you are providing the material, the payment is due at time of delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot cut metal, we can however, beautifully engrave most types of metal with our 120watt Thunder Laser!

Yes! We have a 51" laser bed with pass through, so large items, and large signs are absolutely in our wheelhouse. We can do signs with wood or acrylic!
