At The Laughing Peach, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality engraved products specifically for you. Because these items are permanently customized, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. The "No-Go" on Returns

Since production involves permanent engraving, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:

Change of mind after production has begun.

Spelling or grammatical errors provided by the customer.

Incorrect size or color selection made during the checkout process.
Pro Tip: Double-check your personalization notes! We engrave exactly what you type.

2. When We’ve Got You Covered

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives and fits any of the following criteria, we will make it right:

Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the item itself or the quality of the engraving.

Our Mistake: If we engraved "Sarah" when you clearly typed "Sara."

Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives broken or flawed.

3. How to Request a Replacement
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery:
